accessibility
Unfortunately the studio is not barrier-free accessible. There are 3 steps up to the side door and 7 steps from the mezzanine down to the studio floor.
how do i get in
Please use the south green doors on the corner of the alley and Avenue C North. There is a keyless entry pad and you will get your own code the day of the rental.
cancellation policy
You may cancel an hourly rental up to 48 hours in advance and will have 90 days to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental time are forfeited.
You may cancel a daily rental up to 72 hours in advance and will have 90 days to reschedule. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental time are forfeited.
You may cancel a weekly rental up to 5 days in advance and will have 90 days to reschedule. Cancellations made within 5 days prior to the scheduled rental time are forfeited.
furniture use
All of the furniture listed on the equipment list is for your use. Please return all furniture and supplies to where you found it. Please clean everything you use and leave the studio as you found it. A cleaning charge of $100 will be applied if the studio is left dirty.
hanging art
Please consult with us on hardware used for hanging art. The walls are backed with 3/4” plywood so art can be hung anywhere on the walls.
painting the walls
Please consult with us if you need to paint the walls. We will charge a fee for re-painting pending the extent of work.
extra equipment
If you require extra equipment for your event or stay please don’t hesitate to ask. We may have what you need, even if it’s not listed on our equipment list. Need photo, video or audio equipment for your project? Check out PAVED Arts!
extra time
Once you’re here you may have to stay a little longer. Just let us know by text and we will extend your booking if it doesn’t interfere with another event.
